Masterchef 4WD

SMOKED AND SEARED SURF
Take one well used Toyota Surf with diesel engine. A 1988 model with around 250,000km would be ideal.
Method:
Rev the hell out of Surf trying to get over the lip of a bank. Do this several times.
When exhaust starts to blow large amounts of black smoke, try to turn engine off. This will fail but don't worry, proceed to next step.
Sit there and wait for smoke to billow from under bonnet and fill cabin.
Your Surf is now done. Get the engine stopped somehow and exit vehicle.
Allow to cool before sampling.

Tenderise by trying several times to get over a small hump.
Yum.

Although you may substitute a Land Cruiser, similar results cannot be guaranteed.
UPDATE: You can see something similar happening to a Land Rover Defender in this YouTube video.

  1. Wow, good job there was no fire, that grass looks kind-of dry! What was the cause?

  2. Haven't heard the diagnosis, although an ex-mechanic at the scene was suggesting a cracked head.
