In the tyre tracks of 4Runner

Holden NZ will take the Colorado 7 which, in its Chevrolet TrailBlazer guise, is being unveiled at the Bangkok International Motor Show. Like the Toyota 4Runner of yore, it's based on a ute – in this case the imminent Colorado. So it's good to see Holden returning to the market with an off-roadable SUV, not yet another crossover. It'll have a three-tonne towing capacity and a coil-sprung five-link rear suspension in place of the ute's leaf springs.

  1. Not bad; wonder how they'll price it?

  2. There are so few new 4WDs with low range gearing, so good on ya Holden. Best of all its not some crap Korean design.
