Possum Palace is a new-ish 4WD centre way in the backblocks between Dargaville and Whangarei. This video, shot during a trip by the Land Rover Owners Club Auckland, provides an excellent overview of some of the trails and obstacles to be found on the sprawling property. The video is 30 minutes long, but well worth viewing to the end. As usual the cameraman, Snafu4wd, has recorded some really good quality footage. They recover a cow, get stuck and unstuck, plug mud and all sorts of other good stuff. Possum Palace's street address is 504 Girls High School Road, Omana, Northland if you want to see where it is.
