The company says an auto is just not offered by the factory - probably because 70 Series buyers are happy to stay with a manual. Pity, because I'd be seriously interested in one with an auto!Phil Hansonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04854510176299290565noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1493353975645313426.post-41780452969676826332012-03-16T21:53:51.731+13:002012-03-16T21:53:51.731+13:00Why oh why won't they put an automatic in this...Why oh why won't they put an automatic in this? It has the lockers and it's incredible; will work hard all day and never let you down. Hiluxes are flimsy toys in comparison and the V8 is seriously good, way better than the straight six we used to have. In my view it's worth every penny but of course I don't have to pay for it.Souwesternoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1493353975645313426.post-75871115962089717422010-08-15T13:48:48.442+12:002010-08-15T13:48:48.442+12:00Costly, sure, but you have to look at the $$$ need...Costly, sure, but you have to look at the $$$ needed to bring a lesser wagon up to this level. This has to be one of the most overpriced trucks out there, given what it is.Drakenoreply@blogger.com
